Façade Building Improvement Grant |
The Façade Building Improvement Grant provides provides funding for business and property owners to update and improve the exterior façade of their downtown commercial building. |
Fascia Signage Grant |
The Fascia Signage Grant provides funding for business and property owners to install a new and updated façade (flat / fascia) sign on the exterior of the downtown commercial building. |
Perpendicular Signage Grant |
The Perpendicular Signage Grant provides funding for business and property owners to install a new perpendicular (blade / projecting) sign on the exterior of the downtown commercial building. |
Awning Grant |
The Awning Grant provides funding for business and property owners to install an awning on the exterior of the downtown commercial building. |
Patio Installation Grant |
The Patio Installation Grant provides funding for business and property owners to install or expand an outdoor patio for their guests and visitors to enjoy food and beverage on. The patio may be a sidewalk patio, rooftop patio, or back patio. |
Community Marketing Grant |
The Community Marketing Grant provides funding for businesses, municipalities, and established or incorporated community groups to collaboratively develop a package itinerary or marketing campaign that stimulates the local downtown economy. |
Streetscape Beautification Grant |
The Streetscape Beautification Grant provides funding for municipalities and established or incorporated community groups to install or improve streetscape elements in the downtown core that improve the vibrancy of the downtown. |
Community Signage Grant |
The Community Signage Grant provides funding for municipalities and established or incorporated community groups to install signage that improves visitor experiences in and around the downtown. |
Destination Infrastructure & Active Transportation Grant |
The Destination Infrastructure & Active Transportation Grant provides funding for municipalities and established or incorporated community groups to install or enhance infrastructure or make capital improvements that improve the quality of core attractions or active transportation features. |

South Bruce Facade Improvement Grant |
CURRENTLY CLOSED - First impressions are made in seconds! The South Bruce Facade Improvement Grant looks at improving both exterior and the interior of your business to help your business stand out. This is a matching grant program, which means that the successful applicant pays at least 50% of the improvement cost up to a maximum of $2,000 excluding taxes. Building Better Futures Grant |
CURRENTLY CLOSED - The Municipality of South Bruce wishes to provide financial assistance to local organizations which will have a positive impact on the community. Up to $2,500 in funding directed towards five specific streams: Arts and culture; Sports and Recreation; Social and Health; Environmental and Tourism. Bruce County businesses will be able to access up to five hours of free, hands on, virtual assistance from professionals to help develop their online presence. Bruce County is now offering free, professional digital marketing services through Frontline Web Consulting. Frontline will work alongside business owners to understand, support and achieve their digital marketing goals through partnership, insights and creating a compelling digital presence. Digital Transformation Grant 4.0 |
Digital Transformation Grant 4.0 provides small brick and mortar businesses up to $2,500 in funds for items such as: Digital Marketing; Hiring a consultant/agency/person to execute Digital Marketing initiatives; Website Redesign, Improvement of existing website; Development of new website; Software; Graphic design software; Productivity Software; Social Media Software; Security Software; Digital Training; Ongoing Digital Training courses (in-person & online) and Hardware (maximum $1,000).
