Pound/Zumba
Drum and dance to the music during this Pound/Zumba Class instructed by Julia Jacobs! Open to all fitness levels.
Where: Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex, 24 Vincent St. Mildmay
When: Tuesdays, October 7th-November 24th
Time:6:30-7:30pm
Fee: $75.00/person + HST for full session or $13.00 including HST per class
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle and indoor running shoes
Participants under the age 14 must attend program with a parent/guardian.

How to buy a punch card
No Membership Required. “Drop In” Admission is $4 per person OR purchase a South Bruce Pickleball Punch Card for $36 and receive your 10th Admission FREE! Punch cards can be purchased at the Municipal Office or onsite during the Pickleball program.
Participants must be 14 years of age or older. First Session FREE and equipment is available for use.
**Please note, if you are using the outdoor lit Mildmay court, there is a separate pickleball/tennis membership that and you will be given a key to have access to the courts.
