Tax Certificates and Statements

You can request a property tax certificate and property tax statements in the Municipality of South Bruce.

Request a tax certificate

The tax certificate fee is $50 per roll number or $75 per roll number for response within 48 hours. To request a tax certificate, please submit a written request by email, mail or drop off to the Municipal Office. Mail or drop off payment to the Municipal Office:

Request a tax statement or bill

If you would like to request a copy of your property tax statement the fee is $10.

Zoning and compliance certificates

The zoning and compliance certificate fee is $80 or $100 for response within 48 hours.  To find out how your property is Zoned, view the Zoning By-law. Please submit your zoning and compliance certificate request in writing by email, mail or drop off to the Municipal Office:
