Are you on the Voters List?

We encourage voters to check early to make sure their name appears on the voters list. To verify you are on the list contact the municipal office or attend one of the below revision centers.

Revisions of the list will be taken during the following dates and locations:

Wednesday, October 5, 2022 – 5:00pm – 6:30pm Formosa Hall
Saturday, October 8, 2022 – 8:30am – 11:00am South Bruce Municipal Office
Thursday, October 13, 2022 – 5:30pm – 7:00pm Teeswater Community Center
Friday, October 14, 2022 - 5:30pm - 7:00pm Mildmay-Carrick Community Centre
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), at 21 Gordon Street, Teeswater, ON

Revisions will also be taken at the Voter Assistance Centers. Locations and times of the Centre’s hours of operation are below:

Qualifications of Electors

A person is entitled to be an elector at an election held in a local municipality, unless prohibited by this Act or any other Act, if he or she on voting day:

Resides in the local municipality, or
Is the owner or tenant of land in the Municipality, or the spouse or same sex partner of such owner or tenant; and
Is a Canadian citizen,
Is at least 18 years old, and
Is not prohibited from voting under this Act or otherwise prohibited by law.

Voting will begin on October 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and end on October 24^th at 8:00 p.m.

Voters are encouraged to vote early.
