NOTICE OF ELECTION INFORMATION
Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (s.40)
Municipal Elections in the Municipality of South Bruce will be held on the 26th day of October, 2026 for the offices of:
South Bruce Council:
· Mayor (One (1)) Elected At-Large
· At large Councillors (Two (2)) Elected At-Large
· Teeswater-Culross Ward Councillors (Two (2)) Elected by ward
School Board Trustees:
· Conseil Scolaire Viamonde (French Public) School Board Trustee (One (1))
to represent Sector 5, being the Counties of Bruce, Dufferin, Grey and Simcoe
Voting will begin on October 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and end on October 26, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.
The Municipality of South Bruce has adopted alternative voting methods, and eligible Electors can vote by Internet or Telephone voting. Information will be shared on the Municipal website at www.southbruce.ca/election. Eligible Electors who are on the Voters list will be mailed a Voter Information Letter further explaining how and when to vote.
Voter Assistance Centers:
Two (2) Voter Assistance Centres will be available to electors who require assistance or access to internet voting:

Les élections municipales dans la municipalité de South Bruce auront lieu le 26 octobre 2026 pour les bureaux de :

pour représenter le secteur 5, soit les comtés de Bruce, Dufferin, Grey et Simcoe
Le vote commencera le 19 octobre 2026 à 10 h et se terminera le 26 octobre 2026 à 20 h.
