Development Charges Study and By-law Notice of Public Meeting

The Municipality of South Bruce is holding a public meeting to discuss implementing a Development Charges By-law.

Development charges are fees on new developments that fund growth-related costs to the Municipality, as governed by the Development Charges Act, 1997. This By-law will set out the new development charge rates. A public meeting will be held on:

Tuesday May 27, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Municipality of South Bruce Council Chambers 21 Gordon St. East, Teeswater ON N0G 2S0

The Background Report is available for review at www.southbruce.ca or at the Municipal Office (21 Gordon Street East, Teeswater).

Copies of the proposed By-law will be available 2 weeks ahead of the meeting at the Municipal Office as well as at www.southbruce.ca Representatives of B. M. Ross and Associates Limited will be at the meeting to present details of the Background Report, bylaw and answer questions.
