Accessible Transportation in Grey & Bruce – SMART is Here to Help

SMART (Saugeen Mobility and Regional Transit) provides accessible transportation services for individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities, including vision difficulties. Disabilities may be permanent or temporary.

Service is available within select Grey & Bruce municipalities, including Arran-Elderslie, Brockton, Chatsworth, Grey Highlands, Hanover, Huron-Kinloss, Kincardine, Saugeen Shores, Southgate, West Grey and South Bruce. Transportation is also available outside the region for medical appointments, including trips to London, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener-Waterloo and more.

Rides can be requested by phone, online, or by email once registration is approved.

Please note:

• SMART does not provide attendants or mobility aids.
• Rides should be booked as early as possible.
• Cancellations must be made by 1:00 PM the business day before.
• Driveways and walkways must be cleared in winter.

SMART is a registered Canadian charity. Donations are gratefully accepted and tax receipts are issued.
