Public Skating

Public Skating is held at the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex on Thursdays from 4:00-4:50 PM and on Saturdays from 7:00 - 7:50 PM.

Public Skating is held at the Teeswater Culross Community Centre on Fridays from 4:30-5:20 PM and Saturdays from 4:00-4:50 PM. 

Please check our social media and websites for updates on cancellations. 

• Drop In Fee $3.00 per skater
• 10 Skate Punch Card $20.00

Punch Cards are available for purchase at the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex, Teeswater Culross Community Centre, or the Municipal Administration Office in Teeswater

Looking for something fun to do during the school breaks? Join us for Public Skates at the arena! 

Public Skates will be offered throughout the school breaks at the dates and times listed below. Skates marked "FREE" have no admission fee, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors who help make these opportunities available to our community. 

For unsponsored Public Skates, regular admission fees apply. 

Interested in helping provide more free skating opportunities for our community? WE are always looking for sponsors! If you would like to become a Public Skate sponsor, please the Recreation and Facilities Department.

March Break

A relaxed and welcoming skate for tots, adults, and seniors! Bring your little one out to enjoy some time on the ice, or come skate and socialize with family and friends. This skate offers a comfortable, easygoing environment for skaters of all ages to enjoy some time on the ice.

This skate is offered at the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:20 AM and at the Teeswater Culross Community Centre on Thursdays from 10:30-11:20 AM.

Fees:

• Drop In Fee $3.00 per skater
• 10 Skate Punch Card $20.00

Punch Cards are available for purchase at the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex, Teeswater Culross Community Centre, or the Municipal Administration Office in Teeswater.

The Municipality of South Bruce offers an informal game of pick-up hockey for various age groups. For a fun and safe game, please follow the rules below:

• Full equipment required
• CSA approved hockey helmet
• No body contact

Shinny hockey for all ages is held at the Mildmay Carrick Recreation Complex on Wednesdays from 4:00-4:50 PM and on Fridays from 4:00 - 4:50 PM.
