File Search
Buying a property? You can request a file search for outstanding Ontario Fire Code violations (your lawyer normally does this for you).
We must receive what information you are looking for, written consent from the property owner, and a payment of $75.00 before releasing the information.
Please note: a file search only reveals past information, it does not guarantee there are no current fire code violations on the property.
Fire Extinguisher Training
Our training is provided using a digital fire simulator, which allows for a hands-on experience at any convenient location.
Inspections
The Ontario Fire Code outlines different requirements for fire safety based on occupancy type. We can inspect your building and work with you to address any deficiencies noted. There is a charge for this service based on the 2025 Service fee By-Law. Some different types of inspections are:
- Day Care
- Commercial
- Group Housing
