Notice of passing concerning the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Municipality of South Bruce pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act
Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of South Bruce passed By-law 2024-34 on April 9, 2024, being a By-law to repeal and replace the Zoning By-law in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
The Zoning By-law will be applicable to all lands within the Municipality.
A copy of the By-law and Schedule is enclosed....
