Harley’s Pub and Perk has been a fixture on Mildmay’s main street since it opened in 2004, but the building, which is the former Commercial Hotel, has been a local gathering place since it opened its doors in 1872 at the corner of Elora and Absalom streets. Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of South Bruce passed By-law 2024-34 on April 9, 2024, being a By-law to repeal and replace the Zoning By-law in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

The Zoning By-law will be applicable to all lands within the Municipality.
