Before and After School Care Programs

Submit an Application Form

The first step in registering for the Before and After School Program is to complete and submit an Application Form. When completing the registration form, be sure to fill out the days/times that your child will require care. Forms can be submitted via email or in person at the Municipal Administration Office. Please note that photos of application forms will not be accepted.

Application Forms are Reviewed

Application forms will be reviewed and assessed based on the priority list as outlined in the Parent Handbook. 

Notification of Enrollment

Parents will receive an Notice of Enrollment via email on or before May 1st. The notice will include confirmation of the days/times that your child is enrolled in the Before and After School Program.  

Additional Forms

Once accepted into the Before and After School Program, additional forms must be filled out prior to the first day. Parents will meet with the Recreation Programmer to complete the forms and to review the Parent Handbook. 

Before and After School Instructor Meet and Greet!

Families are invited to meet the Before and After School Instructors before the start of the school year. This will help with the transition to and from school and allow families to get familiar with the program space. 

First Payment

The first invoice for Before and After School Program will be sent in August. Payments must be made before the first day of program. More information on the Payment Process can be found in the Parent Handbook and on the Payment Schedule.
